Privacy Policy

Focus Proof does not create user accounts and does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, location, or other contact information.

The app stores focus session data locally on the user's device. This may include session dates and times, planned and completed focus duration, interruption count, session success or failure status, task category, checklist items, streaks, progress statistics, app settings, language settings, appearance settings, reminder preferences, optional written notes, and optional voice notes recorded by the user.

Focus Proof uses locally stored information to display focus history and statistics, track streaks and completed sessions, save preferences, schedule local focus reminders, let users review optional written or voice notes, and manage access to paid features.

Focus Proof does not use third-party analytics services or analytics SDKs.

Focus Proof does not include third-party advertising, ad networks, behavioral advertising, or tracking for advertising purposes.

Focus Proof does not sell, rent, transmit, or share user-created focus data with third parties.

The app uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscription entitlement status. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Focus Proof does not receive or store users' payment card details.

Focus Proof does not knowingly collect personal contact information from children. The app does not include third-party analytics or third-party advertising.

User-created focus data, written notes, and optional voice notes remain stored locally on the device and are not uploaded to Avelisse Labs servers.

Parents or guardians may delete app data by deleting the app from the device. Optional voice notes and locally stored session data are removed when the app's local data is deleted by iOS.

Focus Proof requests microphone permission only if the user chooses to record a voice note. Voice notes are optional. Audio recordings are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded, analyzed, shared, or used for advertising or analytics.

Focus Proof may request notification permission to send local reminders. Notifications are scheduled on the device. Focus Proof does not use notification data for tracking or advertising.

Focus Proof stores user data locally for as long as the app remains installed or until the user deletes the data through available app or device controls.

Users can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from their device. If iCloud or device backups are enabled, local app data may be included in backups according to the user's Apple device settings.

Focus Proof uses Apple platform storage and permission systems to help protect local app data. Because data is stored on the user's device, users should keep their device protected with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
